How it works

Four steps to board

Pick your piers, choose a date and party size, pay by card. Your reservation number is your ticket.

  1. Choose your piers

    Select a boarding and landing pier from Yodoyabashi, Osaka Castle, OAP, and Central Wholesale Market.

  2. Date and party

    Pick same-day or a future date and enter how many adults and children. The fare updates automatically.

  3. Pay by card

    Enter your credit card details to complete payment. A reservation number is issued instantly.

  4. Head to the pier

    Arrive at the pier by your boarding time and show your reservation number to board.

Frequently asked questions

Pricing, cancellations, and the most common questions, summarised below.

How much does it cost?
Same-day rides are ¥1,500 per adult and ¥500 per child, with a 2-passenger minimum. Future dates are a flat ¥5,500 charter regardless of party size.
Can I cancel?
Free cancellation within 5 minutes of booking, or until 12:00 the day before boarding. After that we cannot refund. Same-day cancellations are not accepted.
Can children book on their own?
For safety, every booking must include at least one adult. Children-only reservations are not accepted.
Can I book the Central Wholesale Market pier same-day?
Routes that include the Central Wholesale Market pier require a reservation by 00:00 the day before, due to market operating hours. Same-day bookings are not available for that pier.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit card only (Visa, Mastercard, JCB, American Express, Diners). Cash is not accepted at the pier.
Can I change my reservation?
Modification is not yet available in this demo. Please cancel and re-book. We plan to support changes within the cancellation window in production.
