Terms of Service

Article 1 (Scope)

These Terms apply to every aspect of the relationship between users and the Company arising out of use of the Service.

Rules, notices, and guidelines posted by the Company on the Service form part of these Terms.

Article 2 (Reservations and Confirmation)

• A reservation is confirmed when the credit card payment based on the information entered by the user on the Service is successfully completed.
• Each reservation must include a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 7 passengers. Children-only reservations are not accepted.
• Same-day rides (adult ¥1,500 / child ¥500) and advance charter rides (flat ¥5,500 per boat) are priced differently.

Article 3 (Cancellation and Refunds)

• Within 5 minutes of the reservation being made, cancellation with a full refund is available regardless of the boarding date.
• Cancellation is free of charge until 12:00 (Japan time) on the day before boarding.
• Cancellations made after 12:00 on the day before boarding are non-refundable.
• If the Company suspends operations at its own discretion (severe weather, river conditions, etc.), the full amount paid will be refunded.

Article 4 (Prohibited Activities)

• Any act that violates laws or public order and morals.
• Any act that interferes with the safe operation of vessels.
• Any act that infringes on the rights of other users or third parties.
• Any act that disrupts the operation of the Service.

Article 5 (Disclaimer of Liability)

The Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by users in connection with the Service, except where such damages arise from the Company's intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

Article 6 (Changes to the Terms)

The Company may amend these Terms without prior notice to users when it deems necessary. Amended Terms take effect as soon as they are posted on the Service.
