• Credit card details required for payment (processed through our payment provider; not stored on the Company's servers).

2. Purpose of Use

• To provide the Service (booking, operational communications, and payment processing).
• To verify your identity and match you to your reservation at boarding.
• To contact you in the event of operational suspensions or delays.
• To perform statistical analysis for service improvement (data is processed in a form that does not identify individuals).

3. Disclosure to Third Parties

The Company does not disclose personal information to third parties except as required by law or with the user's consent. Exchanges of information with our payment provider and joint operating partner are limited to what is necessary to deliver the Service.

4. Security Measures

The Company implements reasonable and necessary measures — including transport encryption, access controls, and staff training — to prevent the leakage, loss, or corruption of personal information.

5. Joint Use of Data

To improve operational stability, the Company jointly uses user information with Universal Cruise Co., Ltd. and Osaka Suijo Bus Co., Ltd. Universal Cruise Co., Ltd. is responsible for managing this joint use (a concept defined under Japan's Act on the Protection of Personal Information).

• Items jointly used: name, phone number, boarding and landing piers, reservation data, boarding data, and usage data.
• Purpose: dispatching vessels, emergency contact, and maintaining operational quality.

6. Retention Period

After the retention period ends, data is promptly deleted or irreversibly anonymised. Where laws require longer retention, those laws take precedence.

7. Disclosure, Correction, and Deletion

Users may request disclosure, correction, or deletion of their personal information. Please send requests to the contact window below; we aim to respond within 30 days. Please note that data with a statutory retention obligation, data related to unfinished transactions, or data under fraud investigation may not be deletable.
