Pricing
- Same-day ride: adult ¥1,500 / child ¥500 (2-passenger minimum).
- Charter ride: flat ¥5,500 per boat (any party size, any route).
- All prices include tax. No additional fees apply.
Payment Methods and Timing
- Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, JCB, American Express).
- Payment is charged in full at the time the reservation is confirmed.
Service Provision Timing
The water taxi ride is provided at the boarding date and time specified at the time of reservation, departing from the specified pier.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Within 5 minutes of booking: full refund.
- Up to 12:00 the day before boarding: full refund (free cancellation).
- After 12:00 the day before boarding: non-refundable.
- If the Company suspends the ride: full refund.
