Delete Your Account
This page explains how to delete your Suiber account and its associated data. You can delete your account from within the app, or by requesting deletion via email.
Delete from the app (recommended)
- Open the Suiber app and sign in with your account.
- Open the "More" tab at the bottom of the screen.
- Select "Delete Account".
- Review the confirmation screen and confirm the deletion. The process completes immediately.
Request deletion by email
If you are unable to use the app, email the contact below from your registered email address with "Account deletion request" in the message. We will delete your account after verifying your identity.

Data that will be deleted
- Account information (email address, profile)
- Saved payment card information
- Push notification device tokens and notification settings
- Reservation cache stored on your device
Data retained under applicable law
Reservation and payment transaction records may be retained for a certain period as required by applicable laws. In such cases, personally identifiable information such as your name and contact details is anonymized so that you can no longer be identified.
Processing time
We complete the deletion within 30 days of receiving your request, as a general rule.
